We believe that athletic participation helps young people in the formation of values and their development as mature individuals. It also helps in dealing with victory and success along with understanding loss and failure. As a part of a team, they must learn the importance of responsible behavior on and off the basketball court as well as the importance of respect for coaches, teammates, and themselves. And this knowledge will lead to success not only in basketball but also more importantly, in their life.
