In 2004, Paul and Mark acquired the well known Flats Only estate agency and combined the Hunt Frame and Flats Only brands. The result is that the company now has one of the fastest growing market shares within the Eastbourne area. The high profile office, situated at 16 Cornfield Road has been luxuriously re-furbished and has a modern yet traditional feel, offering buyers and sellers a comfortable and inviting environment in which to browse. Flats Only, a long acknowledged market leading agency within Eastbourne, offers leasehold properties for sale from studio flats to luxury penthouse apartments. Hunt Frame deals with freehold houses and bungalows from small terraces to large country houses.
