Established in 1872 Mathiesons is a traditional bakery and confectionery business based within our BRC accredited state of the art production facility in Larbert, which is conveniently positioned within the central belt of Scotland Within this facility we manufacture a wide range of high quality hand crafted bakery and confectionery goods for a large range of wholesale and multiple retailers as well as servicing our own 8 shops from Elgin in the North of Scotland to Gretna in the Borders
