Gravity Defying Designer Wedding cake
This gravity defying cake was made to the clients specific requirements and was huge.  The bottom tier alone took two of us to carry.  Each tier was completely different in flavour and everything on the cake was totally edible - even the ribbons were made from sugar.  It was a huge undertaking but the result is just amazing.  We have since done similar designed cakes but on a smaller scale for parties and weddings and they look just as amazing.See our website for the full view.
