Periodic InspectionsWe undertake inspection work for landlords, morgages, insurance companies and the domestic customer, to ensure the electrical instalation in in good order or making reccomendations for works needed to be done.We offer a 3 tier service: Starting at £125 inc VATTier 1, A routine 10% check.  Testing 10% of the installation and issuing a basic report. (the most common by electrical contractors)Tier 2, Checking a selection of outlets on each circuit, and issuing a basic report.Tier 3, Full comprihensive inspection of all outlets on all circuits with a full report including a floorplan showing each outlet and photos to support recommendations.
