We met with Rachel for the initial chat about our options who was very easy to talk to and friendly. We are a salon business in Stowmarket and wanted to buy locally, Rachel made this very easy with their great prices and knowledge. Gary fitted the air con/heating unit and was extremely fast and always cleaned up after himself. We had a great laugh with him and was brilliantly helpful in setting up our timer mode on our unit. I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone. One very happy customer.
