This means 'putting people first' and treating Service Users as individuals in planning their care requirements as such they are in full control of their care package. We encourage our Service Users to do as much for themselves as they can, enabling them to make their own choices about how their home care is delivered. With the support of a home carer the ability to stay in a familiar environment, surrounded by your own belongings and maybe family and pets could be life enhancing.
