Each job entail set targets, in order to successfully complete the work and leave our clients exceptionally pleased, these are as followed: 1. Risk assessment 2. Self assessment 3. Expected time of completion 4. Liaise with client to ensure they are aware of technicians plan of action 5. Complete task to high standard 6. Inform client of work taken out and discuss with them any concerns (if any). 7. Leave work site with customer pleased with customer satisfaction. Through experience we have found that our clients feel confident with the work we do, and that has resulted in affirmed establishment of our company throughout the North West. All our contracts have a 12month agreement, however we are aware that in some cases, when clients are experiencing dissatisfaction, they are reluctant to abide by the contracts terms.
