We aim to operate the business as a proficient Nursing & Domiciliary Care Service ensuring availability to both clients and carers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year We will provide training programmes to ensure staff awareness, understanding and ability to deliver the quality of service we seek to achieve We will conform fully with all regulations and requirements relating to the operation of a Nursing Agency and Domiciliary Care Agency We will work in consultation with any other significant persons involved in providing physical or emotional support to the Client We aim to recruit staff who are sensitive to the needs of individuals using our service and have the necessary skills and competencies required
