Annette and John Cass offer reiki treatments, reiki classes and events in the Yurt such as Chanting Circle Dancing and Drumming. Other complementary therapies include Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage in a peaceful treatment room. The Retreat has 40 acres of land and it is tranquil and healing just to visit and enjoy the views. Guests can stay in either of the two self catering options- Fron Goch Cottage or the West Wing.  The Retreat is non religious - it is simply a peacfull haven where anyone can relax and unwind and maybe get involved in activities or treatments.
