Paul's approach to Yoga teaching was formed by his 22 year apprenticeship through one to one lessons with his teacher TKV Desikachar in India. The outcome of this sustained immersion in the teachings of Śrī T Krishnamacharya is the Personal Practice & Study Sādhana Development Certificate Modules and Professional Practitioner Training Diploma Modules. The Personal and Professional Practitioner Programmes are presented with the aim of reflecting the fundamentals of Śrī T Krishnamacharya's teaching, namely, transmission occurs through the direct experience of the teacher with the students personal practice & study Sādhana.
