I am part of a cooperative which offers therapeutic counselling in the centre of Leeds, five minutes walk from the railway station. I offer help to people who have issues including anxiety and depression, relationship issues, low confidence and low self esteem, eating disorders, sel-harm, and sexual abuse as well as helping those people who simply feel lost or overwhelmed and are finding it difficult to find any meaning in their lives.
