Orritt & Turner Properties is a small well established family business specialising in renting good quality domestic accommodation. We have many long standing tenants. One family have been with us since 1973 and many more for 20+ years. We are very experienced and well equipped to manage and maintain our properties mainly within our own resources. Up to April 1999 we were also trading as Building Contractors again well established. We decided to close that side of our business to concentrate on our properties. We are recognised as accredited landlords by Gloucester City Council under the voluntary Fit to Rent Scheme.
