We are a Ladies only Gym based on Cardiff Road in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan . We are committed to helping ladies to feel good about themselves on the inside and the outside We have been based at this location since January 2007.We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Hydrofitness Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching.
