Reiki and EFT are both forms of Energy Healing, as they work on the body's energy system. For me these therapies have brought a great deal of healing and personal growth, and it was the desire to share these methods with others that led me to set up my business, New Earth Therapies and Training, in 2007. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and EFT Practitioner, and provide Reiki Healing, EFT consultations, Reiki Training Courses and EFT Workshops in Maryhill and the West End of Glasgow. Reiki and EFT are natural methods for achieving good health, balance and harmony. Meditation is also important in this respect, and everybody who undertakes one of my Reiki 1 courses is taught the basics of meditation.
