Double sided flexible circuits
Double sided circuits builds allow for greater complexity of wiring requirements, twin layer copper foils are pre-drilled and plated through to allow for connections to then be imaged and chemically etched. Typical design requirements include ensuring plated through holes remain outside of the dynamic flexing capability of the circuit and within a supported area to safeguard stressing the deposited plated copper.
