Reiki 1 – is for Self Healing and for sharing with friends and family. Reiki 1 heals on a physical level instigating a 21 day cleanse once attuned. Healing and balancing the physical body, helping you to re-balance your diet and lifestyle. REIKI – THE NATURAL SYSTEM OF HANDS ON HEALING The course is held over two days, you will receive four attunements – two each day. Each attunement opens the chakras in your crown – palms and heart, opening the channel for the Universal Life Force to flow through you. Reiki is a Universal Life Force and therefore supports all religions – on the basis of Oneness – Unity – the Life Force that flows through all Beings. An outline of the course is listed below. After healing yourself and sharing with friends and family you are ready for Reiki 11. Reiki 11 Clears the emotional body, preparing you to help others and go out more in the world with your gift. Use Reiki as an addition to any therapy you already use! Just think Reiki and it flows! Reiki 11 can be taught over one or two days. There is quite a lot of content, so a one day course is quite intense. I usually teach Reiki 11 over 2 days, unless the person requests a one to one teaching. Now you will receive some new tools to work with as you learn how to use the Reiki Symbols in healing, room cleansing, positive change and animal healing.
