YOGA WITH PAULINEI am a British Wheel of Yoga (who are recognised by Sport England as the governing body for yoga in the UK) teacher and have been teaching Hatha yoga from beginner to advanced level (including student teachers) in Ware for 15 years; I have practised yoga for over 25 years.I also have a special interest in (and full training to teach) pregnancy yoga and have had the privilege to share the journey of over 2000 local women as they became a mother. I teach active yoga birthing (including breathing techniques to calm and focus during delivery) and also post-natal with baby yoga classes.
