Our Neuro Trauma Support Coordinator based at Addenbrookes Hospital offers support to patients and families from admission to leaving the hospital, and also at the Neuro Trauma Outpatient Clinic We are now able to purchase the special equipment for people with disabilities that will make everyday tasks easier to do We provide the same rehabilitation opportunities for people from surrounding counties where appropriate We provide specialist services and support to people with an acquired brain injury, their family and carers across the whole of Cambridgeshire, including Huntingdon, Peterborough and Fenland
