Daisy Birthing classes are FEDANT approved and suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy. Our friendly weekly class combines gentle yoga inspired moves (no need to be super bendy!!) breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour, birth education and a lovely relaxation segment to finish each week! Our classes are suitable whether this is your first baby or not and are suitable for ladies with SPD/PGP.
