Elite fitness started in 2004 out of my desire to create a gym, a space to train, where I wanted to come and train myself and share with others a style of training that I believe in. A style of training, which leaves you inspired, wanting to come back next time and improve. Often leaving feeling challenged, some times frustrated or just plain exhausted but all the time you work towards moving and performing better. And you did it! You put yourself out there, in the presence of friends, competitors, teammates and you want to come back and do it all over again. Today as in 2004 we are working harder than ever to deliver on what I believe makes us Elite Fitness. Elite Fitness continues to create the highest quality training facility with the very best equipment and a training methodology, based on scientific principles, ensures you move and perform better as everyday athletes.
