Hello, In my spare time I love creating cakes, my cakes are made from fresh ingredients, not a packet mix in sight, just good old, home baking. I hold a level 2 certificate in food hygiene. My cakes can be individually tailored to your requirements whether you have a design in mind or would like suggestions for ideas. I have a variety of cake flavours to choose from including chocolate, lemon, vanilla, mixed spice. All are then filled with fresh buttercream to compliment the flavour of the cake.
