DCR Total Security is a local business based in Medway, Kent and is a company that is dedicated to security & burglary prevention offering all products and services at a competitive price, so we can help with all your security upgrade needs. DCR specialise in upgrades for upvc door cylinders and is the Pickbuster seal of approval member for kent, which means we can offer you a free 2 year £2,500 lock bumping insurance guarantee on all installed cylinders and applied pickbuster .We aim to try and educate home owners to the weakness in there home security, most people are shocked when they see lock bumping for the first time and never even thought that there all singing all dancing high security upvc door with hooks that come out all over the place was not keeping them safe. We then show them how a little peace of 3mm cheap metal in the middle of there lock cylinder is broken when some one twists it and snaps off there lock in 5 seconds without making a sound and a bent screwdriver is then inserted into the hole twisted and there door just opens !Or by putting a bump key in there door lock and giving it a tap and there door just opens up as if some one had their key.But I tell them not to worry as we can give them back the safety and security they thought they had and it is not going to cost them an arm and leg with pickbuster at £9.99 per lock or the new brilliant lock cylinders from ICL (the institute of certified locksmiths). Which in our mind is the top locksmith association in the uk. These cylinders are made to there own design to cover all the weaknesses in the euro profile cylinders on sale at moment
