Founded in 1979, Vibracoustics Ltd specialise in the design and manufacture of high quality anti-vibration mounts and systems. We are globally recognised as an authority in the selection and recommendation of flexible suspension systems using metal, steel spring, air and rubber mounts for applications in a variety of industries and environments. We offer technical expertise with the aim to provide fast and effective solutions adopting a turnkey approach to your vibration, noise and shock control needs.
Over the years we have designed, manufactured and supplied vibration, noise and shock control systems across many industries and so have developed a comprehensive product range with products manufactured to the highest standards at our manufacturing facility in the UK.
Manufacturing
Vibracoustics Ltd manufacturing facility based in Wiltshire, has over the years developed into a very productive facility with an enviable reputation for:
- Close tolerance stiffness products.
- In-house development and testing of products and compounds.
- Efficient production equipment and techniques.
- A range moulds and production tooling.
- Prototype and sample manufacture.

At our manufacturing facility we produce our standard and bespoke products for which we have an extensive range of tooling and equipment. This enables us to provide a fast, flexible and efficient supply service for samples and prototypes, serial production and special projects.
Refurbishment
Vibracoustics Ltd provides a full refurbishment and replacement service as there are many instances of products which are no longer available and occasions where there are no readily available substitutes.
Where the original part fits perfectly in the equipment and has specific characteristics refurbishment or replacement of the product is often the most cost effective solution. In these types of situations we can provide a refurbishment or replacement service.
Refurbishment by recovering the original metal components and re-moulding to provide a fully refurbished product.
Replacement and assembly of new products within the original equipment.
Over many years, Vibracoustics Ltd has undertaken numerous refurbishment projects from large complex installations to small vehicle suspension mounts, often working within short lead times.
Bespoke Products
For customer specific products and projects Vibracoustics Ltd offer a design and manufacture service.
Design and Concepts:
- From your new or existing product design and specifications, we can advise on the design for manufacture and verify the product specification.
- From your initial design G.A and specification, if one of our standard products does not suit your requirements then we can propose design concepts for a bespoke product and work alongside you to define a solution.
- For an existing product we can evaluate and reverse engineer to supply.
