Berry and Young Building Consultants have been established since 1972. A family business based in Evesham, we pride ourselves on offering a friendly, local service. Whether you want a loft conversion or full new build project, an extension or change of use or you just want more space but don't quite know how - or where - or even if you are allowed by the local authority (Wychavon, Redditch, Tewkesbury Borough, Cotswold District, Wyre Forest, Malvern Hills, Birmingham City, Cheltenham Borough and Stratford District) - then get in touch and let us help you make the most of your home.We can draw up your project with fully detailed drawings and plans, complete the forms, source all the additional information required and submit your application. We continue to monitor your application, working with the allocated Planning Officer through to a decision. Following planning, we can follow on with the building regulation application, SAP calculation and EPC as required.
