I am an experienced, fully qualified Anxiety Specialist. I assist customers throughout Reading and Berkshire conquer whatever is avoiding them from unlocking their full capability. I have efficiently worked with customers on a wide range of concerns including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, self-confidence, stress, fears and phobias, misophonia, sleep problems, addictions, anger, and low self-esteem. Being qualified in both Hypnotherapy and EMDR, I can also assist clients with symptoms of PTSD and trauma-related anxiety. I provide both in-person and online consultations.
