Rubberatkins is an Aberdeen based rubber moulding specialist with a particular focus on supplying the oil and gas industry. With a dedicated in-house engineering team Rubberatkins is a true one stop shop for any elastomeric challenge. From the creation of bespoke compounds with full in-house material testing, parts can then be modeled with state of the art FEA software allowing the design to be confirmed prior to prototype manufacture and finally Rubberatkins are able to provide final product testing in a newly constructed test facility which includes four 10,000 psi and two 20,000 psi 250ºC pressure test cells capable of testing up to V3 standards. In addition to the ability to assist customers with their challenges Rubberatkins also has developed its own product line in high and low pressure cup type elements for use in various applications. Rubberatkins is a growing company but has retained a small company attitude to customer service.
