     Oaktree Architectural was established by Paul Brown HNC Building studies, to provide a high- quality design service developing practical solutions tailored to meet client needs. With over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry, including Project Design Management / Building Surveying / Construction Management and with past membership of the NHBC, National House Building Council. As with most Professionals Paul keeps up to date with the latest Planning requirements, such as The Code for Sustainable Homes, introduced by the Government & adopted by Local Planning Authorities. Oaktree Architectural is also a member of Trada.He also believes in cultivating good relationships/rhetoric with the various local Planning & Building Control departments, and prides himself on providing clear, concise and accurate information to individual Planning/Building Control Officers, to help them make the best informed decisions.
