Woodgate Farm is set in twenty two acres of tranquil rolling East Sussex countryside near Rye and Hastings. A small stream, gentle in summer and torrential in winter bisects the land. A delightful ancient woodland and pastures of wild meadow flowers enhance the pleasure of walking and relaxing. We hold retreat weekends, spiritual non-denominational study days, healing programmes and meditation courses. We are also due to demand becoming a healing retreat where one can recover from aliments or stress with good food and nourishment and a programme designed to get you back to health after life's worries have been encountered. We now offer drop in retreats which can be booked, if space available, to suit your needs and times. We also offer an unique opportunity to study English and be part of a retreat programme during the day. We welcome volunteers who would like to help in the gardens and enjoy the farm. There is a free weekly meditation on Thursday evening open to all and a Saturday morning meditation on the first Saturday of each month.
