Surveyor accompanied viewings
Have a surveyor accompany you when you look at a property, and as you fall in love with the house, the surveyor is looking for the potential problems. As you leave the property you get a verbal report, outlining any areas the surveyor in their expert opinon feels need further investigation, allowing you the homebuyer to make a more informed decision.
