Dennis Goodes, International Sales and Marketing Director of Gainsborough Specialist Bathing said: “This new permanent exhibition means that our core professional customers, industry policy-makers, as well as overseas visitors will be able to see firsthand the state-of-the-art developments in the increasingly important area of assisted bathing. “The move is an important one for our business and shows we are proud and confident about our world-class products as well as providing a convenient facility for professionals in the South-East. Assisted bathing products are an inevitable part of modern building and architectural design and we’ve got over 25 years of successful manufacturing experience. “We’re looking forward to developing new working relationships and being able to start fresh dialogues about specific requirements in order to develop new appropriate and tailored bathing solutions.” The exhibition will feature three of Gainsborough Specialist Bathing’s most popular and high-tech baths developed for a range of assistance needs for the home, hospital or nursing home: these are the Ascot, Cambridge and Windsor range of baths The Ascot features a detachable or fixed seat variation, and employs the latest technology as well as high quality manufacturing, to provide a smooth transfer for the bather into and from the bath. The Cambridge features a walk-in facility for lower assistance needs and the Windsor uniquely offers an extra simple lift option that swings bathers’ legs over the side of the bath, and then gently lowers them in.There will be trained advisers on hand to offer demonstrations as well as technical information and advice.
