The concept was born from a team of highly successful estate agents who between them, have in excess of 20 years' experience working in Residential Sales. Having worked for various well known estate agents, locally, nationally and within the highly competitive London market it was becoming more and more apparent the obvious decline of people actually physically walking through the doors of a typical 'High Street Agent'. That made us ask the question, how long is there going to be a need for a High Street 'presence'? Could we challenge the traditional method of selling or buying property yet still provide exceptional service to clients and purchasers? Is there room in the market for a more niche service whereby we can still sell property and deliver outstanding customer service? We firmly believe the answer is yes!
