West Country Property is an independent property management company covering the counties of Somerset, Devon and Dorset. Property maintenance is at the centre of our services. Through our wide range of qualified, tried and tested contractors we deliver a solution that is quick, robust and cost effective. Our approach is very different from the average high street estate agent. We offer low fees combined with a personal, bespoke service that both landlords and tenants can trust. The key to our success is placing the management of your property at the heart of our business. Many agents connect tenants with properties, then think of management as a 'bolt-on' service. For us the on-going management is the focus and strength of our service.Specialising in residential (AST) lettings, holiday lettings and second homes, we offer a broad range of services that are relevant to landlords and homeowners of all sectors.
