J A Hawkes & Son Ltd traded as a SHOE SHOP in Poole since 1847. In 2005 they ceased selling shoes as the owner Andrew reached the age where he could retire. The shop property is still owned by the family and is now leased out and no longer sells shoes, and J A Hawkes & Son., still keep an office on the site and can still be contacted but no longer are able to help with problem feet.
