Video

Let’s face it, as much as we love them, not everyone needs a circus tent for their event. We recognise the need for a little normality, but we didn’t want it to be your run of the mill white tent, we strive to stand out from the crowd.

This video is mainly Scoopy, part of our canvas range, Scoopy is a popular wedding marquee for couples that are looking to dip their toes in the traditional vibe but still are usually looking to put their own stamp on the blank canvas with fabulous floral creations or bundles of bunting!

We love our main Scoopy marquee, but we also have champagne and tea rose mini marquees which look great alongside the main structure.

We can hire you the main marquee, catering marquees, dance floors, carpet, lighting systems, outdoor lighting, fire bowls.

We tend to work closely with furniture suppliers in your local area to provide the best choice in furniture styles.

We hire out our beautiful bright red and white Strawberries and Cream range to a whole host of weird and wonderful weddings across the UK. We mainly work from our bases in Devon and Bristol but we do serve a good portion of the country so get in touch with your event info and we will see what we can do.

Strawberries and Cream is available in lots of different sizes and can host up to 1000 people for a gig when it's put up at it's biggest version. It's perfect for any size wedding and is a colourful backdrop for all events seeking to add a splash of colour to their event landscape.

Festival weddings are definitely a speciality for Bigtopmania...

Over the years we’ve been part of some truly special festival theme weddings. It’s a beautiful theme because it gives you as the couple so much freedom to express yourselves and take it in different directions.

Sometimes it’s a stripped back outdoor vibe in a farmer field with a handfasting ceremony on the land, kegs of local cider, a mouth watering street food vendor and a small big top to host the late night dancing once the sun goes down.

We’ve been lucky enough to play a big part in 2 separate weddings on Worthy Farm! Unfortunately we don’t have the power to get you that venue but we can do everything else to bring the festival to you.

As a company we focus on providing beautiful marquees or big tops as outdoor wedding venue solutions. For the most part our customers hire the tent, flooring, lighting, dance floor and heating from us. We often also provide catering tents and additional marquees to fulfil your structure requirements.

Of course it's not just great for festival weddings. This marquee is a very versatile structure that provides an eye catching centre piece to many outdoor events. We have provided it for circus parties, festival venues, corporate events, race courses, football clubs, sports festivals, university balls and many more.

At time of publishing the video the website is currently being rebuilt.

As well as immediate surrounding areas of Bristol and Devon, we often provide marquees to Berkshire, Gloucestershire, The Cotswolds, Hampshire, Essex, Kent, Wiltshire, Dorset, Staffordshire

A brief snippet of our family circus show that we perform at Wellington Country Park each year over the Easter weekend. The show is different every year and is the perfect first circus experience for young families to enjoy together.

We bring different artists year on year, on this occasion we had clowns, jugglers, hand stand artists, aerialists, hula hoopers and wire walkers. It was a really fun weekend.

The music in the background is Kwabana Lindsay who is playing the fiddle whilst walking the slack rope for the finale of the show.

This party featured 2 of Bigtopmania's resident circus performers and one special guest who regularly works with us. Lucas Jet co-ordinated this party and used all of Bigtopmania's equipment to provide a quite stunning end result for this lovely family.

They hired a 2 pole Red and White Big Top which we call Strawberries & Cream. Bigtopmania also provided interactive inflatables, a trapeze rig, circus show and mega balls. This is a good example of what Bigtopmania can provide for people wanting something extra special.
