Huggard exists to provide support and help to people who are not only homeless but also find it hard to maintain independent accommodation if it were provided Huggard is a registered charity comprising of a Day Centre, Emergency Bed Unit and supported houses offering support and resettlement in the Community Huggard will be occupying Custom House for approximately 18 months while the new facilities are being constructed on Huggard's original site These 'cabins' were replaced by the Centre consisting of a Day Centre and Emergency Bed Unit which was opened in August 1993 with funding from the Huggard Charitable Trust, Housing for Wales and the Local Authority
