Donmar Warehouse production of Ivanov at the Wyndham's
We have just finished prop making and built a section of the stage for The Donmar Warehouse's production of Ivanov at The Wyndham's Theatre. Starring Kenneth Branagh, Chekhov's first full length play closes on the 29th of October. The props we made were an old wooden burning stove andtwo 6m long rustic flower garland's. The stage section comprised of a very realistic muddy hill with an old gnarled fence that is seen throughout the entire play.We have also recently finished making over 300 sunflowers for Calendar Girls at Chichester Festival Theatre. The sunflowers were attached to a mechanism beneath the stage which allowed the flowers to appear to grow out of thestage for the showsfinale.
