The search for a property We search for suitable properties, view on your behalf frequently upto 25 properties, and report independently and objectively, back to you.Preparation of your shortlist We provide any additional material we can on the property and its location, to help you decide if you want to view. We then organise and fully accompany your viewings. Negotiation of the purchase priceWe will deal with all negotiations and endeavour to secure the property at the lowest price. Proactive assistance with the process of purchasing We will explain the process, guide you through each step and advise what your next action should be. after sales care - we will organise removals. On the day of moving we will collect your keys and meet you at the property. We will walk you through your new home and its services. Additional services: Accompanied 'orientation tours' To familiarise you with an area. Or if you are unable to view or are overseas we can commission a 'virtual tour' of an area supply it on DVD and deliver it by 1pm the following day. 'Virtual viewings' If you want to see more of a property but circumstances do not allow you to view it presently, we can, with the vendors permission, supply a DVD of the property and immediate surrounding area, delivered to you by 1pm the following day.
