Senior Co-Ed competition squad
Our 'Senior Co-Ed' competition squad is for ages 16 years -26 years. (age as of 31st August 2009). Training takes place every Sunday from 2.00pm-4.00pm at either OLGA gym club in Parkstone, or Hamworthy gym club. No previous experience is required to join our squad - why not come along to watch a session first to meet everyone and check out what we do! We can give you copies of our paperwork & let you know about our training wear, shoes required etc. We hope to meet you soon! Boys are also very welcome, we already have 6 guys in our team!
