At The Oaks and Woodcroft we provide support for people with profound learning disabilities. We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the individuals we support and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone. Our service is operated by a friendly, well trained and professional staff team, who are able to undertake a full range of health and social care assessments. Individuals receive support that is specifically tailored to their needs, as outlined in their Person Centred Plan.
