CIT technology manufactures inkjet printed flexible electronic circuits. The company offer both low-cost, rapid PCB prototyping and volume contract manufacturing of copper flex circuits. CIT uses its innovative, patented two stage print and plate process to produce copper on PET substrate designs. The process is roll to roll which means that producing is very rapid and also that extremely long (virtually unlimited) length circuits can be produced. Application areas for flexible electronics include: consumer electronics, automotive, healthcare, defence and aerospace, and energy and power sector. In addition to conductive inkjet printing CIT used photolithographic printing to produce touch screen materials.
