Our service users are those whom, because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs, whether it is within their own home or within a residential setting J & K cares about delivering the very highest quality of service and we extend this service to support families and friends, as we are aware that it is not always just the service user who needs support All of our staff go through stringent Enhanced Criminal Record checks with the Department of Health to ensure that each carer is suitable to work with children and vulnerable adults
