Hygiene training for all people involved in food handling. Taught in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The programmes are certified by the Chartered Institute of Enviromental Health. Training programmes are avaiable on request, either at your place of work or at a venue near to you. The tutors have many years in Hospitality and Catering and can keep you up to date with all regulations.
