I am a Hypnotherapist based in Edinburgh. I have several years of experience. I offer help to people wishing to - stop smoking, manage stress better, lose weight, build confidence etc. I have a particular interest in pain management and hypnohealing. I have undertaken a wide range of training, including; CBT, Coaching, Counselling, NLP, Self-Hypnosis and Stress Management. I have also undertaken a number of Psychology courses through the Open University and University of Edinburgh, including Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Social Psychology. I have been featured in the Edinburgh Reporter and Pain Matters Magazine.
