Praxiomatic is a SEUK-certified social enterprise that exists to rescue, revolutionise and sustain access to arts and humanities education in Norwich, using the proceeds of private tutoring, research software sales, publishing, and an array of workshops, courses, lectures and performances events to deploy an otherwise unfunded, underemployed creative-critical workforce in the service of outreach to schools and communities excluded from the official narrative of The City of Stories.
We currently have one-to-one in-person or online private tuition spaces available for:
A-Level: English Literature, Philosophy, Media and Film
GCSE: as above, plus English Language and History
KS3: speak to us about ‘Preparing for GCSE’ provision!
KS2: Year 6 SATs, plus ‘Preparing for KS3 English’ sessions from mid-May onwards
KS1: speak to us about phonics, early reading and Mastery for Maths!
Praxiomatic was founded by Matthew Andrews: he has over five years of experience teaching and tutoring across primary and secondary settings in English and the humanities, with a Masters in Literature and substantial postgraduate research experience. Private tuition prices are flexible, determined by client need and the resources required, with our profits spent on facilitating access to arts and humanities education for communities who can't afford this sort of service.
