QTP Limited have been contracted to implement 5S processes at Fujichem-Sonneborn Limited, part of the . The project was launched in May 2011 and significant progress has been made in this short time, with huge improvements in visual workplace techniques and organisation, saving hundreds of wasted hours searching for equipment and tooling.
