Nicholas Estate Agents and NEA Lettings stand as a family-owned and operated independent estate agency, proudly affiliated with the Guild of Property Professionals, NAEA Propertymark, and ARLA Propertymark. With a legacy dating back to 1882, when founder William Richard Nicholas established the agency during Queen Victoria's reign, Nicholas Estate Agents holds the distinction of being one of Reading's venerable names in property sales, purchases, and lettings. Our roots trace back to an era when our initial premises in Caversham, Reading, overlooked the statue of Queen Victoria in the town center. Over the course of more than 30 years, we have consistently excelled in the sale and leasing of residential properties from our prominent location. At Nicholas Estate Agents, we take pride in our dedicated and knowledgeable team of professionals, whose enthusiasm is matched by their extensive understanding of the local landscape.
