Integrative Counselling

Thrive offers you therapy tailored to your induvial needs and circumstances and I believe therapy is not a one size fits all. I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor with first-class BA Honours and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work from home, and my therapy space is a quiet, relaxing, confidential, safe space. I offer both long and short-term counselling sessions and believe the most crucial part for success in therapy is the relationship between the client and their therapist.
