Hypnotherapy
We use integrative hypnotherapy - a safe, relaxing client-centred approach which also draws upon counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), guided imagery and mindfulness meditation - to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Complementary therapies, alongside conventional medical care, can help to improve quality of life and support to clients living with certain chronic conditions and issues such as: Fears, phobias, panic attacks, including our specialist fear of flying course Anxiety & stress, exam, interview or public speaking nerves Food, nutrition and dietary issues Personal and social confidence, self-esteem issues Working with unhelpful habits, e.g. smoking, alcohol, cannabis, nail-biting, hair-pulling, stuttering & tics Working with weight issues and eating disorders Sleep issues and insomnia Helping in managing pain Autistic spectrum and ADHD Psychosexual problems such as impotence, frigidity & gender dysphoria Physical conditions, exacerbated by stress or emotional aspects, e.g. IBS, headaches and migraines, skin problems, and menopause Clients should always consult their GP to ensure complaints are not linked to an underlying medical problem. Supporting therapies offered include Classical Homeopathy, CEASE Therapy for autism, Food Intolerance Testing, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).
