Sometimes life can be challenging and difficult. It can help to talk things through, it could be about things happening at this moment or things that have happened to you in the past. Talking to someone who is not a family member or a friend can give you the space and freedom to explore your situation fully in a confidential environment where you can be yourself and explore your feelings without judgement.
